By accessing and using ReOTP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Service Description

ReOTP provides an API for user authentication via WhatsApp and Telegram. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "as is" and that ReOTP assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or API keys.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited or spam messages, or any content that violates the terms of service of WhatsApp or Telegram.

Payment and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with that plan. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Modifications to Service

ReOTP reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services and the direct costs associated with sending WhatsApp and Telegram messages, all payments, top-ups, and subscriptions are strictly non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for partially used billing periods or unused balances. We strongly recommend testing the service using our Free Plan before upgrading to ensure it meets your requirements.

Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

Upon successful payment, the chosen plan is activated and tokens are credited to your account instantly and automatically. You can begin using our API immediately without any delay.

KYC & Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to request documentation verifying your company or business identity (e.g., commercial register). We also reserve the right to suspend or refuse service to any account exhibiting suspicious activity to protect our network.

Age & Legal Capacity

By using our platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to represent your business and enter into this agreement on its behalf.
