Custom WhatsApp Linking
Send OTP verification messages from your own custom brand number.
ReOTP allows you to connect your own WhatsApp accounts to send verification messages instead of relying on the platform's shared routing pools.
Plan Limits:
- Free Plan: Connecting your own custom WhatsApp account is mandatory to send verification messages.
- Paid Plans: Connecting your own number is optional. You can rely on our auto-rotated platform numbers or connect your own to keep your brand consistency.
Steps to Connect:
1. Go to the Link WhatsApp tab in your dashboard.
2. Enter a friendly identifier label and click Add.
3. Press Link (QR) to generate the sync QR Code.
4. On your mobile device, open WhatsApp, navigate to "Linked Devices" -> "Link a Device", and scan the QR code.
5. Wait a few seconds until the status badge displays "Connected" in green.
