物流配送确认
通过手机直接确认货物送达
概述
司机在配送应用中点击确认按钮，订单所有者和平台将立即收到通知。
实现方法
1. /delivery/ 页面：订单详情 + 确认送达按钮。
2. 使用司机的 phoneNumber 调用 /api/verify/init。
3. 当状态为 VERIFIED 时：更新状态 → delivered + GPS + Webhook + 向客户发送短信。

- 使用 emerald 和 slate 配色。
- 包含货物的历史记录 (History Log)。
