Final ReOTP confirmation before permanent deletion
Overview
Account deletion requires ReOTP confirmation to prevent accidental or malicious removal.
Implementation
1. /settings/delete-account: warning + checkbox + Delete button.
2. Call /api/verify/init (PREDICTIVE) + ReOTP widget.
3. On VERIFIED: mark deletedAt (soft delete) + Audit Log + notification.
